Leadership Training on Administrative Work for Siem Reap City Wat Leaders organized by LHA.
Many problems which happen in Wat are caused by uneducated leaders and followers so leadership training is the most important thing that we are strongly committed to making it happen to help our Wats' leader to gain some basic concepts of how to manage or lead the Wat ineffective way that can bring both benefit people and Wats. So in 2015, this program was smoothly run for our leaders.
