From 18-19 January 2016, a group of ten Australian People from Karang Rotary Club led by Ms. Sharon Campaign closely cooperated with Life and Hope Association based in Siem Reap Province, the Buddhist Organization which established to serve the community and cKrolagn Village, Khnar Sanday Commune, Banteay Srey District, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. Fire collapsed the house of family a week ago and everything gone, so the family calling for help from charitable guy for building new house for them through the local authority, the Peace House Team Leader of Buddhism in Society Program of LHA got this information and then went to check the real situation of the family which friendly cooperated by local authority and we got helpful donation from our Australian friend, so we decided to build this house for them.
Actually, this peace house was started one day before the group took a part of the building activity with us because in order to complete one house we need at least three days but our friends have only two days, so we need to start first.
The building activity actively participates by a local authority, villagers, friends and our monk team from LHA. and it completely finished on 19h January 2016 by blessing celebration, handling the house the owner and take group memorial photos.
