The Economic, there are many families still living in the difficult situation of economic means that they are poor so, many girls are forced to find out the work to do for making money to support families and sometime the girls are willing to drop school because they can not just see the problems of the families or have no feeling in studying because the effect of poverty in the family. They have to work instead of learning in order to make money.
The Culture, many people still strongly believe on the culture of discrimination or deny the girls education because they thought that the girls even though they finished high school or University they need to stay and do house work so, no need to have more education and another they believed that they girls can not work like the men so, they could not need to have much education. They need to learn how to do house work and take care children.
The Society, in the past, the women are the most important person in the society but now is not like that they were identified that the weak person in the society that can not do the important works such managers, leaders, or others so, they try to shape the opportunity of education for girls bases on their limited thought or discrimination means. That why most of the girls drop out school when they finished Junior High school or Primary School to got marry of make money.
New Labor Force, 75% person of the people at the rural areas around Cambodian Society are crossing the border to find out the job to do at neighboring countries such as Thai, Malaysia, Korea and others that they could make good money to bring back to their communities and to support their families and child education. So when the girls see the opportunity of making money like this and many of people show gone before are safe and secured, they decided to drop out school and moving to find out the job like other people in the communities. There are many sub reason of destroying the educational opportunity of girls around Cambodian Society.
Come to conclusion, I can say that because of these 3 main reasons, the girls are still have very low opportunity to improve the quality of their lives with well equipped of education and caring. We should rethink about this and create more and more opportunities for the girls to get good education from now on to the future.
